Giorgos Giakoumakis continued his post Celtic goal form in an MLS thriller.
The former Hoops striker took his tally to nine goals in 12 appearances as he sparked an Atlanta United comeback but it would end in heartbreak as they turned the game on its head before conceding an injury-time leveller at home to New England.
The visitors shocked the home crowed by racing into a two-goal advantage thanks to strikes from Carles Gil and Bobby Wood but Giakoumakis fired home from close range just before the hour mark to fire some life into the home side. Thiago Almada then levelled with just over 15 minutes to play and set up a huge finale.

The home support then witnessed the comeback completed as Miguel Berry found the net in the 87th minute but the drama wouldn't stop there with Gil grabbing his second of the night in the third minute of added on time to snatch a share of the spoils for the visitors.
The 3-3 draw leaves both sides fourth and fifth in the standings with Atlanta 16 games into their campaign.
Giakoumakis was also handed the Golden Spike of Excellence which is awarded to a player in a vote by fans via social media as part of a club tradition.
The former Celtic man and his team-mates are next in action next Thursday night against Los Angeles FC before back to back home matches against D.C. United and New York City.
