A report from Spain claims Atletico Madrid are eyeing a move for former Liverpool star Georginio Wijnaldum.
The Dutchman ended his five-year stay at Anfield last summer after the expiration of his contract, which he signed in 2016 after arriving from Newcastle United.
During his time on Merseyside, Wijnaldum made 237 appearances for the Reds and won four major trophies along the way.
Talk about a possible contract extension was on the cards for several months but in the end the midfielder decided to call time on his spell at Liverpool and join PSG.

However, Wijnaldum has struggled to establish himself in the French capital and has been linked with a move for some time now.
The Holland international admitted back in October that he was not happy with his current situation at PSG having previously been an ever-present for the Reds.
He said: "I can't say I'm completely happy, because the situation is not what I wanted. But that's football and I'll have to learn to deal with that. I'm a fighter.
"I have to stay positive and work hard to turn it around. I have played a lot in recent years, was always fit and also did very well.
“This is something different and that takes getting used to. I was really looking forward to the new step and then this happens. It is very difficult."
And now according to Mundo Deportivo, Atletico, who are managed by Diego Simeone, will make a €20million [£16.5M] offer for Wijnaldum.

But the report also claims that a deal may be difficult due to the player's current salary and PSG's tendency to demand big fees for their players.
While speaking at the start of January, former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Petit claimed Wijnaldum was 'isolated' in the PSG dressing room.
"When he scored two goals [against RB Leipzig] in the Champions League last November, I was at the stadium that night and I thought it could be the perfect game for him to properly start his season with Paris Saint-Germain," Petit told Bookmakers.co.uk.
"But, he is struggling and he is quite isolated in the PSG dressing room."
