I'm A Celebrity's spin-off South Africa show sees tensions rise tonight following the revelation of contraband in camp. During the episode that aired on Thursday, April 27, ITV bosses gave camp an ultimatum after learning that a handful of stars had broken the rules.

Instead of dinner, the celebrities received a Bush Bulletin that read: "Celebrities, there is contraband in camp. You will not get your dinner until you’ve surrendered all contraband. There’s an amnesty bowl in the Telegraph."

The ultimatum led to Gillian McKeith giving up her teabags, Paul Burrell admitting he had snuck in coffee and Myleene Klass revealing seasoning she had hidden in her scrunchie. And in scenes set to air tonight, it looks like Gillian has another confession to make.
