Giants left guard Shane Lemieux ‘probably’ out Week 1, Azeez Ojulari status unclear

NEW YORK — Giants starting left guard Shane Lemieux (foot) is “probably not” playing in the Sept. 11 regular-season opener at Tennessee, Giants coach Brian Daboll said Friday.

“He’s coming along, but I wouldn’t anticipate him anytime soon,” Daboll said before a light practice.

Edge rusher Azeez Ojulari (calf) is no sure thing to face the Titans, either, although tests at least revealed he avoided a catastrophic injury Thursday.
