More buildings are being added to a new business park on the edge of Newcastle after an investment of nearly £1m from the Government’s Getting Building Fund.
Developers Tynexe Commercial Ltd have been awarded £944,000 towards the second phase of construction at AirView Park, which aims to support up to 100 new SMEs and provide the flexibility for businesses to expand and grow, creating more local jobs.
The funding has ensured that essential infrastructure works could be delivered during the pandemic and that construction on the site could continue.
