Leeds United dusted off the piggy bank and smashed it open to get the funds to secure Hoffenheim striker Georginio Rutter in the January transfer window and after recent events, it might've been their best pick-up of the month.
As Patrick Bamford returns from injury following the groin surgery that kept him out for all of December on red hot form, Rutter's arrival could mark a turning point in the season for Jesse Marsch's men.
The former Bundesliga frontman might not have tons of experience leading the line for a club like Leeds but now will be his time to learn after news broke about Rodrigo's ankle injury on Thursday afternoon.

The Spaniard, who is the club's top goalscorer this season with 12 goals in all competitions, will be out for at least the next two months after scans following their FA Cup tie with Accrington Stanley showed damage to his ligaments and bones around the joint.
But there's always a bright side to any scenario and that bright side is that Rutter could start to get some valuable Premier League minutes under his belt with Rodrigo now absent.
The loan move of Joe Gelhardt to Sunderland will also help his chances, as the 20-year-old is now the Black Cats' only out-and-out striker for the rest of the season following an injury to Ross Stewart last week.
If fans were happy to see the Frenchman get his first taste of English football against Accrington Stanley last weekend, there will now be plenty more where that came from - let's just hope he takes his chances.
