A 53-year-old truck-driving preacher was driving in the right place at the right time and helped thwart an alleged kidnapping attempt.
Anthony J. Moore said Thursday that he did not feel like a hero, but a “divine” tool while driving a route in Aiken County, about 20 miles from the Georgia border, when a woman ran in front of his truck with her hands tied behind her back.
