The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to four-star edge rusher Luke Wafle. Wafle is a member of the class of 2026.
Luke Wafle is ranked as the No. 1 recruit in New Jersey in the 2026 recruiting cycle. Former Georgia defensive backs coach Fran Brown had a lot of ties in New Jersey and helped the Bulldogs land some elite talent from the Northeast. Can the Dawgs continue recruiting the Northeast at a high level after Brown’s departure?
Wafle plays high school football for The Hun School in Princeton, New Jersey. The 6-foot-4, 230-pound edge rusher is ranked as the No. 86 recruit in the class of 2026 and the No. 6 player at his position. Wafle also plays basketball for The Hun School.
The four-star announced his scholarship offer from the Georgia Bulldogs via social media:

Georgia football, like most college programs, does not currently have any commitments in the class of 2026. That will change soon.
