The Georgia Bulldogs have lost a commitment from four-star defensive line recruit Christian Garrett. Garrett’s decommitment stings for the Bulldogs because he was Georgia’s top ranked defensive line commitment.
Now, Georgia has 22 total commitments in the class of 2025. The Bulldogs have the third ranked recruiting class in the SEC. A recent surge from Brian Kelly and the LSU Tigers has helped LSU leapfrog Georgia in the recruiting rankings.
The Alabama Crimson Tide continue to have the No. 1 ranked recruiting class in the SEC in Year 1 of the Kalen DeBoer era. There’s still a long way to go in the class of 2025, but DeBoer has been a menace on the recruiting trail to begin his career at Alabama.
The SEC has six of the top seven recruiting classes in the country. The SEC is the best recruiting conference in college football.
