Georgia Bulldogs defensive lineman Bear Alexander is entering the transfer portal. The transfer portal is seeing another wave of players entering it. The spring transfer portal entry period lasts from April 15 to April 30.
Alexander is a former four-star recruit. He played high school football in Texas prior to spending his final high school season at IMG Academy in Florida.
Alexander had nine total tackles as a freshman in 2022. He added two sacks. Alexander had a particularly strong performance in the national championship game against TCU.
If Alexander transfers, it will be a tough loss for Georgia’s defensive line. The Bulldogs were counting on Alexander having a much larger role in 2023.
Alexander instantly becomes one of the most talented players in the NCAA transfer portal.
