George Clooney and Julia Roberts looked ageless during first red carpet reunion in over two decades.
The two Hollywood legends beamed as they posed alongside each other at the London premiere of their new movie, Ticket to Paradise, on Wednesday [September 7] night - 21 years on from the pair first walking a red carpet together for their first flick together, Ocean's 11.
Oscar-winner Julia wore a custom-made Chantilly lace dress with customised crystal graffiti motives embroidered across the designed created by Alexander McQueen, and completed her ensemble with a black cropped wool silk tuxedo jacket.
George looked his trademark dapper-self as he wore an crisp white shirt - with the top few buttons undone - with a sharp dark blue three-piece tailored suit and his face adorned with a full grey beard.
Both stars looked as if they have barely aged since they last promoted a movie together in the 00s - back when they starred as an estranged couple in both Ocean's 11 and it's sequel, Ocean's 12.
Julia and George also shared top billing the 2016 American crime thriller film, Money Monster - the box office success that follows financial television host Lee Gates (Clooney) and his producer Patty Fenn (Roberts), as they are put in an extreme situation when an angry investor takes them and their crew as hostage.
The pair have reunited on the screen once again for their latest movie - once again playing a former couple - but this time the two stars have also produced the romantic comedy in addition to starring in it.
Ticket to Paradise sees Julia and George play two divorced parents who travel to Bali after learning their daughter, Lily (Kaitlyn Dever), is planning to marry a local, Gede, whom she has just met. The two exes decide to work together to sabotage the wedding to prevent Lily from making the same mistake they made twenty-five years ago.
Julia recently spoke with The New York Times about returning to romantic comedies after so much time away from the genre she has excelled in since the start of her career.
The award-winning actress says when she first saw the script for Ticket to Paradise, she believed the only way it could work was if she appeared alongside her frequent co-star George.
"Lo and behold, George felt it only worked with me. Somehow we were both able to do it, and off we went," Julia revealed to the American publication when chatting about how the movie came about.
Speaking about stepping away from his usual type of film, George added: "I hadn't really done a romantic comedy since One Fine Day — I haven't succeeded like Julia has in that forum — but I read it and thought, 'Well, if Jules is up for it, I think this could be fun."
Ticket to Paradise also stars Carrie Fisher's daughter Billie Lourd, Lucas Bravo, Amanda O’Dempsey, Murran Kain, Vanessa Everett and Rowan Chapman.
