George at Asda shoppers are hoping to find a set of twinning outfits after they sold out online ‘in record time’ according to the retailer.
The supermarket fashion brand released a set of twin dresses for parents and children to wear over the Jubilee weekend. The George at Asda dresses feature a floral Union Flag print and come in a midi length for adults and a matching children’s dress in ages 12 months to 14 years.
But they clearly proved popular ahead of the long bank holiday weekend, with shoppers complaining on Instagram about them being sold out online already. George at Asda posted a picture of the dresses to its 727k followers this week and said: “Twin in dresses fit for Queens. Prices from £8!” But frustrated shoppers commented about being unable to get hold of them.
