Sophie Kasaei has updated her fans from her hospital bed after having breast reduction surgery.
The Geordie Shore star, 32, shared a video of herself on Instagram on Thursday shortly after the procedure, telling fans she was still "high as a f*****g kite".
Still wearing her hospital gown, looking groggy, Sophie explained: "I'm in recovery, I made it, I'm just so drugged up on the pain killers...my face is all swollen.
"But all's good, it all went really well.
"I came out of theatre quite early yesterday, but I was just too exhausted... but oh my God, when I'm looking at my boobs, they're just so small."
Sophie, who has also starred on Celebrity Ex On The Beach, is one of the latest Geordie Shore girls to turn her back on cosmetic procedures - saying she feels more comfortable embracing her natural look.
Eight years ago, the Persian personality splashed out £6,000 on a boob job after her first stint on the MTV show.
Since then, she's been gifted filler from clinicians, but admitted she regretted having them as it left her feeling like 'a hot mess'.
"Looking back, I didn't look like me at all. I looked alienated, older. I couldn't even recognise myself, it was so sad." she told Closer.
The star announced she was having breast reduction surgery in April.
Claiming she was after a more subtle look, she said: "Things change. Fashion changes. Back in the day we were all getting Posh Spice t**s, remember? The faker, the better. But I think times are changing now. Less is more," she told OK!
Sophie – who has also been under the knife before to undergo a breast uplift procedure – explained that she suffered with back pain and was "in agony" due to the size of her breasts.
"I'm getting a breast reduction and going smaller. I've always had big breasts," she continued.
"I was a D cup, but as I've gained weight I've gone bigger. I don't weight myself but I know I've gained weight over lockdown, so my breasts have gotten a lot bigger."
Sophie's Geordie Shore co-star Holly Hagan has also opted for the 'more natural' look.
Admitting in April she was "filler blind", the newlywed got her lips and then boobs reduced.
Telling her fans she "hated the attention", she said she made the decision because the "big boobed trend soon passed".
