Geordie Shore’s Aaron Chalmers has shared the happy news his baby son can come home from hospital eight days after being born.
But the reality TV star said the family faced a “long road” ahead as little Oakley was born with health issues and will need surgery in the next year.
The 35-year-old already shares sons Romeo AJ, two, and one-year-old Maddox with partner Talia Oatway.
Social media influencer Talia also has eight-year-old daughter Siennah from a previous relationship.
Posting a snap of the family leaving the hospital on Instagram, Aaron wrote: “After 8 long days and a very tired mum and dad especially mummy we have our little soldier home.
“Time to get him settled and start planning towards his first surgery. We got this @talia.oatway.”

Earlier this week Aaron revealed he had become a dad for the third time as him and Talia welcomed their new arrival, who they have named Oakley Bleu Chalmers.

Although the family haven’t shared what surgery little Oakley will need, Aaron explained he would be “in and out of surgery for 18-24 months” following complications that had arisen during his birth.

She said: “I just want to say thank you for all the messages. I know me and Aaron have been quiet but we are having to deal with a lot right now.
"I hope you can appreciate us just having some time to figure out some family things."
She added: “We have a baby who were are in love with and who is going to make our family so strong.
