What you need to know about Redcrest – Genshin Impact
Redcrest is a new type of fruit added to Genshin Impact in update 3.1, and it’s exclusive to the new Sumeru region. There are several uses for Redcrest, but the most relevant one is that it is required to ascend Candace, one of the new characters introduced in this update.
Candace requires x168 Redcrest in order to fully ascend, so you will need to make the most of the maps in this guide to get it all.

Aaru Village Redcrest locations – Genshin Impact
Aaru Village is one of the first locations you’ll visit in Sumeru, and the area to the South and Southwest of the village has plenty of Redcrest you can find if you look hard enough.
The Dune of Carouses Redcrest locations – Genshin Impact
To the East of the Dune of Carouses you will be able to find several Redcrest spawns in the hills.
Dune of Magma and Elusion Redcrest locations – Genshin Impact
To the South of the Mausoleum of King Deshret there are two dunes, the Dune of Magma and Dune of Elusion. You can find several Redcrest spawns on the path between the two, and to the South of the Dune of Elusion.
Sobek Oasis Redcrest locations – Genshin Impact
Check the hills to the Southeast of the Sobek Oasis to find a few more Redcrest spawns.
