Armadale’s Heatherfield Nursing home enjoyed a very successful Christmas fair recently.
The families of residents turned up to enjoy some festive fun while raising cash to help support activities for their loved ones.
Staff member Roz thanked everyone who had come along.
She said: “It was a huge success, the bottle game sold out, the tombola and raffles were very popular and Heatherfield’s own craft and baking stall was a huge hit.
“We welcomed several stall holders from the community, we welcomed a brass band and the best Santa that we have ever met.
“He visited with the children and handed over presents, then he went room to room and visited with our residents reminding them of all the dolls, balls and cars he brought them when they were young.
“Our staff and management team were fantastic, safe to say the day was a great success.”
