Gemma Owen and her dad Michael Owen had an awkward encounter while presenting a National Television Award winner.
The Love Island star and her footballing legend dad appeared at the star-studded award ceremony as another year of brilliant TV was celebrated. The father and daughter pair were tasked with announcing the winner of the serial drama performance category.
After a quick few words, it was time for them to open the sparkly envelope, unveiling the winner. However, during an awkward moment, Michael gave his 19-year-old daughter an order as she appeared to struggle slightly.

He mumbled: "Open it" before she announced Emmerdale's Mark Charnock had won the gong. Fans on Twitter picked up on the cringey moment and thought it was hilarious.
One user wrote: "LOOOOL WTH IS GEMMA AND HER DAD DOING notice how they were saying ready and then he telling her to open the envelope LOOOOL WTH #NTAs #NTA."

Mark won his award for playing the part of Marlon Dingle on Emmerdale - which will be celebrating its 50th anniversary this month. The long-running ITV soap was praised for Marlon's storyline as fans watched him endure a life-changing stroke.
