Gemma Collins has received a wave of support from her fans after issuing a heartfelt plea on social media.
The 41-year-old shared a snap of herself and fiancé Rami Hawash as the latter celebrates his birthday today (Wednesday). The two had known each other for years before they got engaged in 2021.
Gemma is also a stepmother figure to Rami's son Tristan, who is kept out of the public eye. Even when Gemma posts a photo of Rami and his son she always covers the youngster's face.

Former TOWIE star Gemma has been open about her wishes to have a baby, and on Wednesday she issued a plea to God as she seeks to become a mum.
Captioning a photo of herself and Rami together on Instagram, the GC said: "Happy birthday DADDY to my LOVE @rami_hawash_ may you continue to be successful, happy, kind and our daddy of the family you bring me normality peace and keep me grounded … I love you
"And thank you for watering my plants this is everything to me he he xx happy birthday @rami_hawash_ and years ago you told me Gemma you're going to make it and give me money when I needed it … I will never forget it.
"Please god you will bless us with a child one day".
Fans were quick to offer messages of support. Taking to the comments section, Natalie Travers said: "You deserve that baby", while Josie Pearce said: "Any child would be blessed to have you as their mummy x".
Aimz_harper said: "Hope you get everything you wish for". Jackie Cox said: "Happy birthday to you lovely man. I hope you are blessed with a baby, you'll be an amazing mum".
