Gemma Collins sobs “you’re trying to kill me” in the first trailer for the new series of I’m A Celebrity… South Africa.
The former Towie star can be seen breaking down in tears in the Bush Telegraph, while in another clip, the 45-year-old wretches during an eating trial.
Collins, who famously lasted just 72 hours in the jungle in 2014, is one of 11 celebrities who will appear in the All Stars edition of the popular ITV reality show.
The series, which was filmed back in September 2025, will premiere on 6 April. It will culminate with a live final so that fans at home can vote for the winner.
