Gemma Collins has shown off her real bikini body in an inspirational video on Instagram.
The self-styled ‘Queen of Essex’ posed in a leopard print two piece from her New Look swimwear range.
As she kept cool in the sun, a make-up free Gemma captioned her post “everyone deserves to feel amazing”.
Her 2.2 million followers were quick to comment, praising her for showing what real women look like.
One wrote: “Yes gurl xxx real bodies x real woman xx”, while another said: “You’re a credit to all shapes.”
A third added: “I wish I had your confidence darling you look shaaamaaazing xx.”
“Totes respect for keeping it real Gem,” said a fourth.

In the video Gemma also had some advice for fans looking after themselves – and their plants – in the hot weather.
She said: “Guys the sun is shining... it’s going to be a great day.
“Please, please, please put on your sun cream – and please remember to water to your plants.
“Check out my plants here, they have been watered since 7am this morning.”
But the 41-year-old’s followers were divided on her gardening advice, with some saying you should only water plants at night.
One wrote: “Water plants and flowers at night so they don’t burn.”
“You don’t water plants in the daytime! With sun on them... you water at night when the sun goes down,” said another.
Setting the record straight, a third chimed in: “I’ve been watering my plants in early morning and late evening!”
The fan added: “I even have some lemon thyme because you recommended it and it smells heavenly with my lavender.”
The GC replied: “Wow that’s fab. I’m so happy you love the lemon thyme.”
It’s not the first time Gemma has stripped off recently – and although she’s been promoting her new range, she says she is “so over filters”.
Her last few social media posts all appear unedited, something she seems keen to continue.
In a recent post, Gemma told her followers: “Always be your individual self. Nothing more beautiful than just being you.”
She added: “I’m so over all the filters and editing and everyone looking the same. Keep it authentic.
“So the message today is love yourself so much, even your imperfections. Embrace them and just let your own individual beauty shine.”
Gemma recently revealed she plans to wed fiancé Rami Hawash soon and is hoping for a winter wedding.
Five-star London hotel Claridge’s is top of the list of wedding venues for her big day.
“At some point, I will get married... I’m just going to do it at Claridge's as a small affair… it will be a winter wedding,” Gemma told The Mirror.
