Gemma Collins provided fans with some Tuesday morning workout motivation, wearing a sports bra and leggings as she lifted weights.

The former TOWIE star, 41, gave her Instagram followers a sneak peak into her exercise regime this morning in the sunshine, as she continues her weightloss journey.

Wearing her blonde hair loose and rocking a black sports bra, leggings decorated with a cloud design and flip-flops, Gemma said she hoped the video would inspire her fans.
