Gemma Collins 'desperate' to join gym after gaining a stone and being left unable to move

Gemma Collins admitted she is desperate to join a gym after experiencing a trapped nerve.

The 41-year-old old recently gained a stone and said she wants to focus on her health again.

Speaking on her GC podcast, Gemma revealed: “When you have a trapped nerve it can really shock you so I am desperate to join a gym this week.
