Gemma Atkinson posted a cute selfie alongside her daughter after Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton sent her a gift. The Countryfile host is currently competing in the BBC One dance contest with Gemma's fiancé Gorka Marquez.
Last month, Helen, 39, spoke about the advice she had received from Hits Radio host Gemma, who made it to the final of the competition herself in 2017 which is how she met her now husband-to-be.
During an appearance on ITV's Lorraine, stand-in host Christine Lampard asked Helen: "Has Gemma managed to pass on any words of advice to you?", to which she responded: "Yes she messages me and tells me 'just tell him this and tell him that', and I'm like 'thank God'.
