The Hits Radio host revealed to her millions of followers that she is a 'busy bee' as she prepares for the launch of her second book, The Ultimate Body Plan for New Mums 12 Weeks to Finding You Again, next month.

With her busy taking part in numerous photoshoots to promote the new book, as well as her new range with Manchester fashion brand In The Style, Gemma has been sharing honest updates on what goes into the final product.
