Gemma Atkinson has been praised by fans as she showed the 'true' picture behind the scenes of a photoshoot.
The actress is often promoting body positivity and today was no different as she showed a finished image alongside what was actually happening on the shoot.
Posting on Instagram, in one image she looked flawless and she smiled at the camera in a short off the shoulder jumper dress.

In the next image, she showed that behind the scenes, she actually still had her jeans half on to help keep her warm.
She captioned the image: "Photo shoot reality… 'are you seeing my full leg?' No. 'Fab, shoot like this then it’s freezing'"
Gemma added: "I have a busy run of shoots coming soon for all the promo for my 2nd book!
"I’ll take you on them with me & show you the reality of an amazing makeup artist, good lighting & great photographers and remind everyone that without them, I’m a tired ass mum who needs help on the daily."
Fans loved seeing the reality of the picture-perfect shoots and took to the comments to praise the star.
