Gemma Atkinson has hit back at nasty comments left on her Instagram posts after she shared her workout was "not easy".
The former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress often gives fans a glimpse into her exercise routine as she works out in her home gym. Gemma, who is now a presenter on Hits Radio, uploaded a video this week as she got to grips with a kettlebell.
Dressed in black workout gear, Gemma also lifted weights and used an exercise bike. Captioning the post, she said: "Never easy, but always worth it! Snippets from today's lower body session. Lighter than usual as I have a little knee niggle at the minute so I adapted to what was comfortable and safe and cracked on."
