Gemma Atkinson 'hasn't aged' as she sends Channel 4 Hollyoaks fans wild with return after 16 years

Channel 4 Gemma Atkinson Lisa Hunter Hollyoaks Bury

Gemma Atkinson has finally made her return to Hollyoaks - 22 years after making her debut in the Channel 4 soap. It was announced back in November that the Bury actress would be reprising her role as Lisa Hunter having first appeared in the part in 2001.

Gemma, who has also appeared in ITV soap Emmerdale, was part of the much-loved Hunter family in the Channel 4 soap and played the role until 2005, tackling a number of high-profile storylines that included bullying and self-harm.
