In the war-torn city of Hanounis, Gaza, a tragic incident has unfolded, further exacerbating the dire circumstances faced by the Palestinian people. As artillery shells rained down on the upper floors of the Palestine Red Crescent Society headquarters, reports have emerged of several injured individuals among the already displaced population seeking shelter within the building.
With around 14,000 civilians taking refuge within the Palestine Red Crescent headquarters and neighboring Al-Amal Hospital, these innocent souls believed they had found a safe haven. However, their hopes were shattered as the projectiles found their mark, resulting in yet more casualties of war. Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident, as the building has previously been targeted.
