Gautam Buddh Nagar RWA holds meeting with DCP on safety and security of residential sectors

GREATER NOIDA: The Gautam Buddh Nagar district RWA held a meeting with the deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Meenakshi Katyayan and her team over the security and safety of sectors in Greater Noida.

Some of the demands raised by the RWA body include illegal PG houses/hostels operating in residential sectors, unverified international students in sectors, hotels/dhabas running till 12 midnight leading to waste spread, people consuming alcohol in cars along sector roadsides, steps/measures on crime against women, the occupation of Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) occupying community centre of Alpha 1 since past 3 years leading to its unavailability to the residents for routine functions and CCTV cameras at intersections.
