Gateshead restaurant Namaste confirmed for Come Dine With Me: The Professionals

Popular Gateshead restaurant Namaste has been confirmed to appear on Come Dine With Me: The Professionals, after staff finally let their secret' out the bag.

Having won awards and five star reviews for their South Shields restaurant, the team behind Namaste branched out to open another venue in Sunniside in 2019, with the Indian eatery featuring an adjoining prosecco lounge. Like many businesses, Namaste had to adapt to the Covid culture of the past few years, which led to them opening a huge outdoor terrace as well.

And now, Namaste is set for small screen stardom on Come Dine With Me: The Professionals, the successful spin-off of the much loved Channel 4 show. After teasing that they were asked to be on the programme, Namaste took to Facebook on Wednesday to confirm that they will be featured on Monday, July 4.
