Gary Neville and Ian Wright agree on honest Chelsea vs Man United Premier League prediction

Gary Neville and Ian Wright believe that Manchester United are a team that roll over too easily ahead of this evening's clash. Chelsea haven't won at Old Trafford in nine years, and Thomas Tuchel will be keen to set the record straight.

The Blues come into the tie having won four of their last five games across all competitions, with triumphs against Real Madrid in the Champions League, Cyrstal Palace in the FA Cup semi-final, and Southampton and West Ham. Meanwhile, Ralf Rangnick's side, who welcome the west London to their home turf, have won just once in their last five clashes; the only win came against Norwich who sit bottom of the Premier League.

Harry Maguire, Jadon Sancho, Fred, Paul Pogba, Edinson Cavani and Luke Shaw are all set to be sidelined, handing Chelsea a major boost. Though while the Blues have injury woes of their own, Ben Chilwell still among those absent, Neville and Wright have agreed that United are a moveable force.

The former Manchester United defender has suggested that Chelsea could be in for a straightforward evening at Old Trafford tonight. Speaking on Sky Sports, Neville said: "They've [Chelsea] lost their last two [two from three], there's an element of they've got to stop the wheels coming off. You see where they are in the table and they seem comfortable, they go to Old Trafford on Thursday.

"That should be an easy one, but if they were to lose at United on Thursday then they'll be dragged right into a big problem. They need to make sure they're professional.”

Meanwhile, Wright, singing from a similar hymn sheet, has labeled United as a team Chelsea 'wouldn't mind playing'. Speaking after Arsenal's win over the Blues, he said: "You look at Arsenal today and what should give them a lot of impetuses to keep going forward, especially with a Man United team that you don’t mind playing."
