Gardner gets better of Lanning again in key WPL battle

For the second time in this season's WPL, Ash Gardner has got the better of Meg Lanning in the duel between the league's two Australian captains.

Gardner missed out with the bat for her Gujarat Giants, but she struck the key blow by dismissing her fellow Aussie international Phoebe Litchfield in Thursday's clash, the wicket which proved crucial in ending the hopes of Lanning's UP Warriorz in Vadodara.
