There was a lingering bad smell in parts of East Belfast as some properties were flood with sewage after pipes burst following heavy rain.
Sewage could be smelled in parts of the Sydenham area of the city on Tuesday after sewage problems developed following heavy downpours the day before.
There were a number of issues with drains overflowing in a number of streets and in some properties pipes burst causing sewage to leak across their gardens.
