Gardai have appealed for witnesses following a mass brawl on a beach in Dublin.
The incident happened on Burrow Beach in Sutton on Sunday evening. Officers from the Raheny District and the Public Order Unit stayed at the scene until large crowds that had gathered there for much of the day had dispersed safely.
Footage of the incident, which has been making rounds on social media, shows a large crowd of youths exchanging blows on the beach. A garda spokesman confirmed officers responded to a public order incident on the beach.

He said no arrests have been made and enquiries into the incident are ongoing. He added: "Gardai from the Raheny District will continue to conduct high-visibility patrols in the area across the summer months as part of Operation Irene.
"Gardai in Raheny are appealing to any person who may have information in relation to this incident to contact them at Raheny Garda Station on 01 666 4300, or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111."
