A teenage girl involved in a crash in Donegal on May 1, has passed away this evening at Beaumont Hospital.
The investigating team has renewed their appeal for information after the single-vehicle incident occurred last Sunday with two passengers - a teenage boy and a girl aged 17.
It occurred at Meenformal, Glen, Carriag Art, at around 9:15 pm, according to officers.
The young woman was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital at the time of the crash with serious injuries.
She was then transferred to Beaumont Hospital where she passed away this evening, Monday, May 9, 2022.
Gardaí are appealing to any person who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
They are also looking for any road users who were travelling in the area at the time and who have camera (including dashcam) footage, to make it available to Gardaí.

A statement released by An Garda Siochana read: “Gardaí continue to appeal for witnesses following a road traffic collision on Sunday 1st May 2022, at Meenformal, Glen, Carraig Airt, Co. Donegal.
“The collision, which involved a single car occurred at approximately 9:15 pm.
“A female aged 17 years was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital with serious injuries and then transferred to Beaumont Hospital has passed away this evening, Monday 9th May 2022.”
