A garda who was in a patrol car rammed by joyriders has revealed how "daunting" the incident was but said: "I'm alive, that's the main thing."
The female cop and her colleague have been assessed by medics and are now off duty due to their injuries.
The pair responded to stolen two cars being driven recklessly in Cherry Orchard, Ballyfermot in Dublin on Monday evening.
