A stash house containing a cannabis farm, "boxes of bud" and stacks of amphetamines worth £100,000 was raided by police.
A man was arrested on suspicion of drug offences after the search warrant was executed at a house in Prescot. Merseyside Police said officers noticed a strong smell of cannabis, and following a search of the property discovered an illicit crop with around 25 plants, two large boxes of cannabis bud and 10kg of suspected amphetamine, all with a total street value of around £100,000.
The 25-year-old suspect, from Prescot, was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis and possession of a Class A and Class B drug with intent to supply.
