Does GameStop offer free shipping?
Yes, if your order is over $59, then shipping is free at GameStop. Shipping takes between 1-3 days to get your order to you so you don’t have to wait too long for your goodies. FedEx will deliver your order, and a signature will be required from someone in your home.
What is GameStop Power Up Rewards?
GameStop Power Up Rewards is a rewards program for GameStop customers. when you Sign up you'll immediately receive $10 of in-store credit with an additional $5 bonus each month. For every purchase you make, you'll earn 2% of the cost back in the form of points. Membership also includes a free subscription to Game Informer magazine and exclusive access to next-gen consoles as soon as they’re restocked.
Does GameStop offer a click & collect service?
Yes, GameStop offers a free click & collect service called ‘‘Pick Up At Store’. How it works is you order online, select ‘Pick Up At Store’ at the checkout, wait for your ‘Ready for Pick Up’ email (that you must show when you go to the store) and then head to the store to collect and pay for your item.
Does GameStop price match?
Technically, GameStop does NOT have an official, public-facing price match policy anymore. Unlike Best Buy or Target, you will not find a price match guarantee page on their website.
What is GameStop's returns policy?
For new items, you have 15 days from receipt of shipment to return or exchange it. For used items, you'll have a 7-day window to return or exchange them. You can return online orders at a GameStop store free of charge, or a shipped return costs $8.99. To begin the returns process, head to the returns page on the GameStop website, head to a GameStop store or call 1-800-883-8895.
Does GameStop buy Pokémon cards?
Yes, but with very strict rules. You cannot just walk in with a binder of loose cards and sell them like you would at Card Con or Collect-A-Con. GameStop’s trade-in program for Pokémon cards is focused entirely on PSA slabs; they do not accept cards graded by BGS, CGC, or any other company.
