Game of Thrones star Gemma Whelan was spotted filming a police chase scene in Liverpool city centre.
Photos taken by an ECHO photographer show Gemma, best known as Yara Greyjoy from the hit HBO series, inside a car on Vauxhall Road, Liverpool as a technician sits on top of the car. It is understood crews are filming for ITV drama The Tower.
The show also stars Jimmy Akingbola, known for playing Antoine Malick in Holby City and follows Jimmy and Gemma's police officer characters. The pair are called to a crime scene at a tower block but are then plunged into a twisted mystery.
