Galway school principal speaks about loss of two 'treasured' students in horror crash

The principal of the school in Galway where two teenagers killed in the horror Easter Monday crash attended has spoken about the loss of two "treasured" students.

Tragic Second Year students Kirsty Bohan, 14, and Lukas Joyce, 14, died after a car they were travelling in collided with a tree on the outskirts of Headford shortly before 6am on the bank holiday Monday.

The acting principal of the school described the two students as "beautiful young people" who had a "huge circle of friends".
