GAIL India reported a decline in quarterly and annual profitability for FY26 as global energy headwinds and weaker margins weighed on earnings despite resilient operational performance. The company reported consolidated profit after tax of Rs 1,485 crore for the March quarter, down 15% from Rs 1,756 crore in the December quarter.
GAIL's board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity share with face value of Rs 10 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
