Gabby Agbonlahor has named the ‘only question’ he has with Liverpool after their win over Ajax.
The Reds scored a late goal to claim a 2-1 win at Anfield on Tuesday night in their second Group A fixture of the campaign. Mohamed Salah opened the scoring, before Mohammed Kudus equalised for the Eredivisie champions inside the first half.
In the closing moments of the match, Joel Matip’s header from a Kostas Tsimikas corner sealed the victory. The ball had just managed to go over the line, and earn Liverpool three precious points in the group.

Jurgen Klopp included Diogo Jota in his line-up, which handed the Portuguese international his first start of the season. Jota was later replaced by Darwin Nunez in the second half.
Agbonlahor was full of praise for two Liverpool players, but made a point about summer signing Nunez. The renowned pundit went on to name the ‘only question’ he has following the victory for the Reds.
“Liverpool were back to their best,” said Agbonlahor on Talksport. “Mo Salah was scary again!
“Nunez has come in for a lot of money but they look better with Jota.
“The only question I have against them is defensively again.”
