A Christmas grotto deemed the festive “Fyre Festival” left kids in tears after they were greeted with a handless Santa and "disastrous" rides.
Fuming parents paid to trudge through mud and ice before being greeted by the horror mannequin while visiting the Enchanted event at Balgone Estate in East Lothian.
They also complained about rides that cost extra, were overpriced and too short. Several guests pointed out that the promised “maze” was nothing more than hay bales “barely tall enough to hide a child” while several areas were a quagmire
