Fusion Klassroom Edutech shares to list today: Check GMP ahead of debut

Fusion Klassroom Edutech is set to make its stock market debut on the BSE SME platform today, August 7. Ahead of the listing, the company's shares are commanding no grey market premium (GMP), indicating expectations of a largely flat market debut.

The Rs 39.04-crore SME IPO, which opened for subscription from July 31 to August 4, received a moderate response, with the issue being subscribed 1.50 times overall. The retail investor quota was subscribed 1.80 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was fully subscribed at 1 time. The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category saw 1.47 times subscription.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 20 lakh equity shares worth Rs 31.63 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 5 lakh shares aggregating Rs 7.41 crore. The shares were offered in a price band of Rs 151-159 apiece.

Narnolia Financial Services Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager to the issue, while Maashitla Securities Pvt. Ltd. served as the registrar.

Anchor book

Ahead of the IPO, the company raised Rs 11.08 crore from anchor investors on July 30, 2026.

Utilisation of proceeds

Fusion Klassroom Edutech plans to use the net IPO proceeds of Rs 21.59 crore primarily to repay certain borrowings, invest in technology and AI/ML infrastructure, develop educational content, and procure desktops and laptops for new offline centres and AI/ML labs.

The remaining funds will support marketing initiatives, inorganic growth opportunities through potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes as part of the company's expansion strategy.

About the company

Founded in 2016, Fusion Klassroom Edutech is an education technology company offering professional and competitive examination coaching through digital and hybrid learning models. The company provides coaching for CA, CS, CMA, and other commerce-related examinations, combining classroom teaching with online learning to improve accessibility and flexibility.

Financial performance

The company reported robust financial growth in FY26. Total income more than doubled to Rs 23.10 crore from Rs 10.11 crore in FY25, registering a 129% year-on-year increase.

Profit after tax (PAT) also witnessed strong growth, climbing 162% year-on-year to Rs 7.60 crore in FY26 from Rs 2.90 crore in the previous fiscal, reflecting improved operational performance ahead of its market debut.
