No date has been set for the mega-fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, but that hasn’t stopped online bookmakers from taking bets on the proposed bout.

Favourite Fury was back in the ring on Friday, beating Mariusz Wach in Thailand after the Pole withdrew with three rounds remaining, unable to take any more of the Fury dominance.
