Italy does not rule out new measures to provide further military support for Ukraine but these are not on table at the moment, its defence minister told Il Messaggero daily in an interview published on Thursday.
Guido Crosetto also said he would reiterate Italy's commitment to NATO and its support for Kyiv in a meeting in Rome with the alliance's chief Jens Stoltenberg later in the day.
Earlier this week, a governing coalition official said he Italian government was readying a new arms package for Ukraine, including air defence systems.
