A fuming grandma missed out on her £1,200 TUI holiday after her flight was held up for 13 hours - with staff telling passengers to wait in the airport.
Lesley Horner arrived early for her flight to Palma, Majorca where she would then travel on to Cala D'or, arriving in time for lunch.
However, she was left stunned after finding out her flight had been delayed by 13 hours - and wouldn't arrive on the Spanish island until after 9pm, the Liverpool Echo reports.
