Emmerdale fans have once again been left fuming, after Friday night's episode revealed new details about Nicola's attack. As some viewers had already predicted, Naomi revealed that she had been involved.
Speaking to her dad, Charles, about the fateful evening, Naomi said that she had not been responsible for the attack on Nicola but had been there while it was taking place. She confessed that, though she wanted to help, she was enjoying fitting in with her new friends.
And, to make matters worse, she revealed that she cannot even tell the police what had happened - because the gang would come for her. But this was not enough to convince Charles, who demanded that she come clean.

Throughout the episode, Naomi tried to emotionally blackmail Charles into covering for her. At one point, she played the absent-father card, telling him that he had "done nothing" for her and that this was his chance to be a real dad.
But Charles stayed strong and told Naomi that, unless she comes clean to the police, he wants nothing to do with her. And Emmerdale viewers were feeling the same.
@RyanGsoapking11 said: "Charles is right for once Naomi needs to go to the police." @Pam_Debeauvoir said: "Charles, it's not rocket science...tell Naomi to come clean or you'll do it for her". And @HasanHussain747 said: "When Naomi is trying to use a sob story to try and justify her and the girls' behaviour by attacking Nicola and then decides to drop a guilt bomb on Charles...."
And viewers also picked up on Naomi, famously cold towards Charles so far, trying to play into the fact that she is his daughter. @Pilch1972 said: "Oh for god sake naomi.... one minute charles is not your dad and you don't want to know him... next your in the poop and you claim he is your dad..."
@Gillianapply said: "Bloody Naomi bleating that Charles never did anything for her FFS he didn't know she existed until a few weeks ago."
