Online greeting card and gift company Funky Pigeon has stopped taking orders after being hit by a cyber attack.
The Bristol-based business said it was writing to all customers from the past 12 months to inform them of the hack, which took place last week.
The company, which is owned by WH Smith, said no customer payment data was at risk and it does not believe any account passwords have been affected. It added that it had taken its systems offline “as a precaution” and was therefore unable to fulfil any current orders.
