A Tesco shopper was left "fuming and upset" after a worker confronted her in store for wearing a bikini top on the hottest day of the year.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon in Tesco's Driffield store when a staff member approached the woman and told her she was not meant to go in store wearing a bikini.
A heated exchange unfolded, which led to another Tesco employee comforting the woman and hugging her before the store manager repeatedly apologised for what had occurred.
